Jean Lutz
The Jean Lutz company specializes in design, manufacture and implementation of sensors and special measurement and control devices for monitoring ground improvement techniques on major works worldwide, including deep foundation and geotechnical instrumentation used in the construction of dams, tunnels, subways and roads. The range of Jean Lutz SA instrumentation meets all the measurement, recording and automation needs of Special Foundations

Pressure/ Flow
C16

C16 sensors are robust, watertight, all-metal pressure sensors.
From 2 to 1000 bars.
The C16 can be attached to a grout separator SP100, SP200, SP300, SP400, SP500, SP600.
AT50

The AT50 is a flow and air pressure sensor that works according to the principles of Bernouilli’s law.
It delivers two measurement signals, a static pressure signal, a signal for the calculation of the air flow.
To facilitate maintenance on construction sites, the AT50 is equipped with purge valves to blow all internal lines.
SP

SP separators have a full-flow membrane. They allow the measurement of the pressure in the pipes where grout, concretes, mortars flow.
The membranes are made of an elastoplastic material that is particularly resistant to abrasion and chemicals. They make it possible to measure minimum pressures of a few tens of millibars without significant error.
EDH

The EDHxx sensors (xx: diameter of the pipe) are electromagnetic flow meters.
CMW50K

The CMW50K is a water-tight pressure sensor consisting of a brass body in which is housed the 50 bars measuring cell and the electronics for the remote connection.
Its stroke counter makes it possible to calculate the volume and flow rate of concrete injected without a flow meter.
